In accordance with Canon Law, Cardinal Cormac offered his resignation to the Pope ahead of his 75th Birthday (in August). The Westminster Roman Catholic Trust
The charitable trust through which the activities of the Diocese are conducted. It was established by a trust deed dated 1st November 1940 and is registered as a charity under the Charities Act 1993. Charity Registration No. 233699.
